California Urban Water Agencies (CUWA) will be participating as a Technical Assistance (TA) Provider under the State’s SAFER program which provides funding to help small, disadvantaged communities to develop and implement sustainable solutions for drinking water issues. The term TA covers a wide range of activities included in the following service categories: administrative, technical, operational, managerial, and community engagement. CUWA is seeking firms qualified to provide technical assistance in one or more of the service categories. Join CUWA to help California communities in need gain access to safe drinking water. SOQs must be submitted electronically in PDF format via Dropbox upload by 5:00 PM Pacific on September 29, 2023 5:00 PM Pacific on October 13, 2023. Please click “Submit SOQ” and fill out the required fields to access the Dropbox site.

Any questions on the RFQ must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacific on August 25, 2023 5:00 PM Pacific on September 22, 2023. Questions submitted after that date will not be addressed. Questions will be answered as they are received and posted to this webpage by September 27, 2023.

Pre-submittal meetings will be held via Zoom. Meetings are not mandatory; however, interested parties are encouraged to attend one meeting and must register beforehand to receive meeting information. Meetings will be held on the following dates:

Pre-Submittal Meeting #2: September 6, 2023, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific
Pre-Submittal Meeting #3: September 7, 2023, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Pacific
Registration for meeting #3 will close at 7:00 AM on September 7, 2023.
